Lifestyle
Our normal working week is based on 35 hours for full-time staff with part-time staff working usually three or four days per week. Lunch breaks and holidays are encouraged, so everyone has time to recharge.
33 days holiday
We'll also add an extra day’s paid holiday each year you're with us (up to 10 extra days). Your balance includes public holidays (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day), but you can choose when to take them. We offer up to five days a year unpaid leave if you need a little extra.
Work anywhere
We enable employees to work remotely away from their home (for example, while visiting family overseas) for up to 2 weeks per year.
Summer four-day weeks
Over our summer cycle, we adapt our work plans and work a four-day week to provide everyone with time to recharge. This is equivalent to an additional eight days off a year!
Other lifestyle benefits include:
