What I do at FreeAgent

With my amazing team of managers, I'm responsible for ensuring the whole Support Team (including the Billing & Bank feeds team and Practice Support Team) are happy and able to realise their potential in order to continue to provide the world-class support we are renowned for.

Our Support Team roles are perfect for someone who is passionate about helping people, loves being busy whilst being skilled with technology and accounting. Our team is very diverse and that's why it works so well - however everyone has a single goal - to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Who am I?

I've been with FreeAgent since 2011 (after leaving a role as an Auditor within a High Street Bank), when I started as a Support Accountant therefore I have hands on knowledge of doing every aspect of the roles in the Support Team, and still jump in to help customers when we're busy so I still have my finger on the pulse.

Personality and potential are important factors in our decision to hire candidates. We need smart people who get things right first time, with excellent communication skills - including exemplary grammar and spelling!
