What I do at FreeAgent
My role is the Implementation Team Manager. The Implementation team's mission is to help our accounting partners to get the most out of FreeAgent. We also help other FreeAgent teams understand how an accountant or bookkeeper might use our product.

Who am I?
After leaving University I spent 10 years in the fitness industry before moving into an accounting practice in a job share role. From there, I spent 6 years working my way through my accounting qualifications, before moving over to FreeAgent's Implementation team where I have been working ever since. I took over the running of the team in August 2022.
Advice for prospective candidates
Take your time. Try to relate any workplace scenarios back to the role you've applied for and draw on your experiences.
