My team and I are responsible for the entire lifecycle of customer communications, from onboarding and engagement to retention, creating, implementing, and optimizing them. We focus on developing compelling, data-driven communications that delight our small business customers at every interaction. 

We prioritise a customer-centric approach, believing that sustainable growth comes from building lasting relationships, not simply acquiring new customers

Who am I?

With over 20 years in marketing across financial services and SaaS, I joined FreeAgent nearly four years ago. My experience spans customer acquisition and conversion, but my true passion is customer engagement and retention. I've worked with across a range of  products, from credit cards and pensions to savings, investments, and now, FreeAgent's impactful accountancy software for small business owners.
