Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied 📩
Our application process is simple, we just ask you to answer a few questions and upload your CV.
Before you do… here are some of our top tips
- Read our blog post about life on the Support team
- We're hoping to hire a human for this vacancy, so we’d like to see your own thoughts and experiences in your application, not those generated by an AI tool
- Please include dates (month and year) for education and employment. It's also helpful to briefly note the reason for leaving previous roles
- Attention to detail is a key requirement for this role. Please triple check your CV and answers. If you have difficulties with writing you may find it helpful to use a tool like grammarly
- We’re happy to consider reasonable adjustments during the process or on the job. You’ll have the option to share details of any support needed in the application form
- Stage 2

This online exercise includes some questions to assess your spelling and grammar, and a few to evaluate your knowledge of accounting terminology. It will also give us some insight into how you would respond to our lovely customers.
