Phone interview
We'll send you a calendar link to book a 20 - 30 min phone interview with the Talent Team.
This stage covers
- your CV in more detail
- the reasons behind your career choices to date
- your motivations and interest in the role and FreeAgent generally
- your strengths and development areas
- a few questions about your relevant experience

- Stage 3
First interview
A structured video interview on Google Meet with managers from the Sales team lasting around 1 hour. The purpose is to assess your interest in the role and FreeAgent overall, as well as find out more about your relevant knowledge, skills and experience.

Final interview
Ahead of the interview, we'll invite you to complete a short (typically 8 minutes) online behavioural assessment. The results provide insight into how a person tends to operate in their role, and how they prefer to communicate and interact with others in the workplace. This insight helps ensure we make the most of the time during the interview.
For this interview we'll ask you to prepare and deliver a presentation, ideally at our lovely HQ in Edinburgh where you can meet more of the team. Following your presentation there will be a structured interview going into more detailed aspects of the role.
