What I do at FreeAgent
I work in the Finance Team, managing our lovely finance assistants and reporting to the CFO (Nick Hepworth). My role is to ensure the finance function runs efficiently in order to meet all of our statutory/other reporting requirements... and to make sure the team are happy too :)

Who am I?
I moved to Edinburgh in 2014 and started working as a finance assistant for a recruitment agency. I gained a lot experience of the finance function as a whole and eventually completed my ACCA qualification. After 10 years, I was ready for a change and heard about the Financial Controller job at FreeAgent which I was excited to apply for after hearing all about the company! I joined in January 2024 and have learned so much already in a short space of time, it's been a great move!
