Who am I?
I'm a generalist HR professional and have undertaken work across all areas of HR. In our team, we get involved in a wide range of activities to deliver great things at FreeAgent. I've worked at FreeAgent since 2017, and I've never stopped learning!
Advice for prospective candidates
My advice to candidates would be to tailor your application to you and the role as much as possible. Using AI or generic application answers is obvious to employers and prevents you standing out for the right reasons. Applying for fewer jobs, but spending time putting your own thoughts into writing applications for the right jobs, will have a bigger impact.
